Shut Up, Little Man!

Has anyone else seen this movie? It is a documentary of two guys who live next door to two or three guys that get hammered and scream at each other. I thought that the movie was some sort of comedy, Spinal Tap style, but it appears to be a meme fro the 70's or 80's. Recordings of the guys arguing went viral on cassette tapes back then.

Those samples are kinda funny. Sorta reminds me of living in an apartment building. I should have recorded some of the shit I used to hear. Family arguments about who ate the last Xanax. Fat chicks masturbating on squeaky beds. Caring parents who would rather their teenage son drink and smoke in the stairwell instead of in their apartment.
