Looking through this thread it seems much is focused on metal bands. Might I suggest:
1. Searching for Sugarman
2. The Funk Brothers
3. Mussel Shoals the documentary.

Don't be a quitter. These are worthwhile.

I've seen the Mussel Shoal one. Been wanting to catch the other two.

Didn't know they did one about the lead Squidbilly. Nice find Thirsty. I'll have to check that one out.
