If I could only pick one, I'd go with the Southern Twist.
I'd go with the Bloody Mary. I think using chicken broth is a "thing" in some BM recipes so it makes the most sense to me. But I would have a sip off of each just for fun.

This thread has warped my mind a bit, thinking about ordering some KFC for gravy to fortify my bloody mary. Going to a beer festival tomorrow afternoon and don't want to be hungover.
By the way, thank you MDM forum for the flask threads, picked up an 8 oz Stanley flask because of the reviews of fellow drunkards here. What do you guys think, should I fill it with Evan Williams Bottled in Bond, Maker's Mark, Wild Turkey 101, or something else?
