Since discovering Bourbon, I've not been a big fan of mixed drinks but this evening I went and got the wife McDonalds for dinner and decided to get myself some too.
Anyway, I got home and after drinking some Coke, took a hit of Bourbon.
DELICIOUS.
Ingredients:
Take a sip of Coke, make sure to coat your mouth with it.
Fill your face with Bourbon.
Kind of a, "bartender, give me a cola with a Bourbon chaser"
I'm diggin it anyway.....then again, I'm drunk.

not bourbon related but involves McDonalds
a great warm-up drink i made once was; get a chocolate McD's milkshake, drink a fair part of it ( enough to add a small bottle of strawberry MD20/20 so it will fit) then add a small bottle of strawberry MD 20/20. its not especialluy delicious but its OK-ish and it gets you on your way...good to drink on the way to a do of some kind

Drink whiskey (Bourbon (Jim Bean), Tenesee (JD), or any cheap scotch (Teachers, Famous Grouse, Bells, etc) neat without ice and have a glass of coke to hand to take the burn away and your off...even rotgut is drinkable

And you've misunderstood the routine. You drink the coke BEFORE the Bourbon.
