3oz Vodka
3 tsp Pernod
Mix ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain. Serve.

I like those. Nrver knew that they were called Icebergs, though. I was introduced to them by a mad Finn, who then proceeded to eat all the lit cigarettes in the ashtray, his glass and a sparking firework (it was that kind of evening).

Screaming Blue Viking
Ingredients:
1 part Yukon Jack
1 part Rumple Minze
1 splash Blue Curacao (for color)
Mixing instructions:
Combine liquors in a shaker of ice and shake. Strain into shot glasses. Partakers must scream "Valhalla!!" before doing the shot. Can also be served on the rocks in a large goblet for the brave warrior.

This is one that a friend and I came up with, many years ago, on a trip to France (I think, but it may have been the Netherlands, so don't sue).
The Cross Channel Ferry
In a pint glass, pour:
25ml Creme de Menthe
100ml Tomato juice
50ml Advocaat
1 egg white
25ml Baileys
25ml Tequila (for that authentic taste)
Top to fill with stale, flat lager and garnish with a vegetable salad (bits of sweetcorn, peas, carrot chunks, cigarette butts, coffee grounds etc.).
