I saw a bunch of Gin talk in the Pub, so I need to trot this one out
1/3 Campari
1/3 Gin
1/3 Sweet Vermouth
The Negroni is my favorite cocktail, bar none, and I'm a slut for Wild Turkey whiskey sours. Rumor has it that Dali and Bunuel created this while on a bender, stating that they needed a cocktail that was pure booze because anything less would undrunk them up. Feel free to tweak the Campari/Sweet V ratio and shake or stir. Serve on the rocks with a twist of lemon.
Oldie but goodie--The Negroni
