What goes into Lucille Bluth's martini? Any ideas?

Here's what I'd guess:

4 oz. Super Premium Vodka/Gin @ room temp
1 Calamata Olive (strictly for appearance)
Vermouth (coaxed residually from saliva)
ພາສາລາວNONE GENUINE WITHOUT MY SIGNATUREພາສາລາວ
