Just in time for Thanksgiving -
Ran across this in a local publication:
The Gobbler
1 ½ oz. Plymouth gin
¾ oz. triple sec
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 heaping tsp. cranberry relish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with several dried cranberries or grated orange zest.
Granted, I haven't tried yet, but will as soon as cranberry is cracked open.
