You can build one in a garage though. I did it last month with parts pulled from a '51 DeSoto Custom. Drinking a Moscow Mule right now. Wishing my Sulu/MDM shirt was here. Then I could drink a Martok Mule.
Side note - one of the little joys in life is getting to the bottom of a cocktail poured on the rocks and exhaling slowly through your nose as you take a sip. The vapor/smoke that rolls out of your glass is awesome.
