In the search for some good morining cocktails, because nothing is better than a brisk morning breeze accompanied by and easy buzz, I came across this Southside Royale:
2 oz gin
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime
topped with champange and sprigs of mint
I made a doube this morning, it was a nice alternative to my usual bloody mary.
