- Melt a little chocolate or cocoa into a warm pan of milk to taste (don’t boil).
- Whisk until creamy and light.
You can also top it off with whipped cream, coconut, marshmallows or cinnamon for extra flavor.

Found this mint chocolate liqueur marked down. Tried it with my grown up rum hot chocolate in place of Irish cream for these winter days. No complaints.

I prefer the classic: One part Hersheys cocoa powder and two parts sugar, 8 oz. whole milk. Heat and whisk until blended and hot. Add a slug of good bourbon. Heat until suitably warm. Drink. Cinnamon sugar toast or bourbon balls go nicely with this.
