It will be interesting to see how the Heat defend Nowitzki. The rest of the Mavs have been coming through fairly consistently when Dirk gets double-teamed and if they keep shooting like they have been it should be a helluva series.

I enjoyed the first Finals game, though I was pulling for the Mavs to win.

Haslem was a big contributor with tough defense on Dirk, clutch rebounds and efficient scoring. But when Miami started pulling away @halfway through the 4th quarter, it seemed like the Heat's Big-3 (including Bosh, who earlier struggled a bit) turned it up a notch at both ends of the court.

Also, despite Miami's good defense, Dallas missed more than a few open looks that they were routinely hitting against the Lakers and the Thunder. If that continues, they'll have a tough time winning.

Oh yeah...and Tyson Chandler has to stay out of foul trouble.

Yawn.

Just hand LeSidekick the trophy and start the lockout already.

Do you think game two meant something?

There is no way, absolutely no way commissioner David "Napoleon" Stern will ever hand a championship trophy over to Mark Cuban. No. Way. FACT.

Bet me. I'll take your money.

Then again, Cuban has been a good boy all year and, except for a short word or two to the media after each of Dallas' playoff series wins, he hasn't said shit to anybody -- ESPECIALLY the refs -- for the duration of the playoffs.

Commissioner Stern just might "reward" Marky C for ShuttingTFU and toeing Der Party Line.

What a series! The individual and team defense by both teams has been incredible. Udonis Haslem has been a stone stud on D.

Miami's advantage is that they have more players (Wade, James, Bosh) who can consistently break down a defense one-on-one and force double-teams.

Dallas has only Dirk who can consistently do this. He's the best individual offensive player in this series but his teammates aren't picking up the slack.

That's the difference.

It should be interesting. It's the last game in Dallas...maybe their outside shooters will pick up?

I like Dallas by another 2-3 point margin.
