Please don't think I have a problem with gravy in the culinary sense. I love the stuff. In fact, I have been lauded on any number of occasions for my gravy-making skills. I just thought the name sounded funny when I heard it years ago. My Guinness and steak-fond gravy has become something of a local legend.
There are those who look upon some of my more unsavory habits and call them the cries for help of a problem drinker. I prefer to think of them as the charming misadventures of a dashing rogue.

Slim Jims, pork rinds, and a fucking Chunky.

I just found out that with Steel Reserve, a greasy beef and potato empanada from the taco truck is just the ticket.

jalepeno poppers and tacos from jack in the box taste great when drunk.

Anything tastes great when having the drunken munchies at the end of the night.

For me eating is a buzz kill unless it's just small bites, some canapés or finger foods in general is always nice. The best time is the time between that when drinking commences and dinner. After dinner it's just not the same, maybe because I have a habit of eating too much and get a "full" sensation.

A doner Kebab is the natural food when drinking, but can be substituted for lesser foods such as curries, burgers or pizzas subject to availability. Chips and cheese are also good

Heh, the doner kebab is the end of the night food of champions - closely followed by spicy chicken wings

When moderately drunk it has to be an Indian. Tandoori mix, 2 chapatti, aloo paneer.

If well oiled then anything that doesn't need to be chewed, like trifle, or banana custard.
