- 2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Crushed up panko! bread crumbs (use a rolling pin)
Hint of Italian Bread Crumbs *not much
2 eggs beaten with a hint of Tabasco
1 tbsp of milk
1 lb of chicken breast
1. Fill a vessel with 4 cups of canola oil on 2 notches past medium heat
2. Thaw the chicken breast then cut it into popcorn sized chunks
3. While that's thawing, get your dry ingredients ready and your egg bath
4. It's egg bath->Dry Ingredients->egg bath->Dry ingredients
5. Pop it into the oil for about 6 minutes
