Green onions and jalapeno slices for the eggs would be a nice touch. I would also swap the chicken for ham.

There’s a little place near my house called Dipped and Debris. They specialize in sandwiches and frozen custard, but my favorite thing on the menu is a burger called The Brass Tacks. It’s two handmade patties of fresh daily ground beef, American cheese, pickles and diced, raw onion on a toasted bun. Add a little Mayo and ketchup, perfecto.
This burger takes me back in time. It reminds me of the hamburgers you would get from old school drive-ins and greasy spoon diners where the griddle was seasoned with decades worth of beef and onion. And they aren’t pretty, perfect patties either. They look handmade and they taste like steak. Seriously, this hamburger gives me frickin’ orgasms. And the fries are just as good: lightly seasoned shoe strings, never soggy, like McDonalds fries on molly.
Don’t even get me started on the frozen custard. Shit’s gonna give me the diabeetus.
