How people aren't naming pulled pork is a madness....slow smoked pork shoulder on a white roll with some crunchy vinegar slaw is a 10/10.Artful Drunktective wrote: ↑Thu Oct 14, 2021 8:44 amMan that's an oldie but a goodie. Even better when the cracklin has been crisped up, smashed up and mixed in with the shoulder meat.
Mouths watering.

Re: Random food stuffs - Brit Breakfast
Ok here's one for you, Brits. I posted an American brunch feast a while back and now it's up to you to tell us...

Re: Random food stuffs
On second thought a little hot sauce would be good. I'm strange I need hot sauce for eggs.
Whisky would also fit right in.

Do you know Maggie-Sauce? It`s a german version of soy. We like it on hard boiled eggsscream ale wrote: ↑Sun Nov 28, 2021 4:08 pmOn second thought a little hot sauce would be good. I'm strange I need hot sauce for eggs.

I like hot sauce on eggs too. That's a good one I overlooked. And a giant glass of water. That meal looks like it needs some serious washing down. I can do without the whisky tho.scream ale wrote: ↑Sun Nov 28, 2021 4:08 pmOn second thought a little hot sauce would be good. I'm strange I need hot sauce for eggs.

You said Brit though....the Scottish wouldn't be happy without tattie scones, lorne sausage and white pudding being subbed in I don't think.
I'm not sure about the Welsh and Northern Irish.

First off, let’s scrape the mushrooms off the plate and into the garbage. The beans are a fine touch, but what are those hockey puck looking things wedged under the eggs?
I’m going to say what the British breakfast is really missing is a pancake. Wild rice, buckwheat blueberry, classic buttermilk. A pancake topped with butter and maple syrup. But I would definitely settle for a Belgian waffle. Yeah.

Looks like the Queen’s hash browns. They probably call them hashy browners or some British shite.
