Ingredients
8 tablespoons of almond flour
At least 2 tablespoons of sour cream
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Waffle maker, preferably one of those cheap 10-dollar mini ones from Amazon
If you are on Keto/Atkins/Etc sometimes a lettuce wrap just won't cut it when you want a burger. Storebought low-carb bread is often quite expensive and of questionable quality. Won't claim that it is a perfect substitute for the real thing, but it does the job. The ingredient proportions listed above are to be regarded more as a suggestion than something set in stone. The goal is to produce a mixture with a pastelike consistency for the best outcome. A cheap 10 dollar wafflemaker is recommended because you won't be out much if you don't care for the end result.
Step 1 - Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix until the dough reaches a thick pastelike consistency. Add more almond flour if the dough is thin and runny.
Step 2 - Pour the dough in the waffle maker, and cook until it stops steaming, 2 to 3 minutes or so.

Almond flour is probably more rare in germay than a jew breathing fresh air. I`ll look out for it though 'cause I`m a curious person
