The S-11 doesn't look too horrible. I could see myself drinking it if it were provided by someone else. If I had already been drinking heavily.

I was reduced to doing vermouth shots Saturday, my brother put a good dent in my Crow, and it was after 2 AM. Gotta get that buzz somehow. The 50/50 sweet/dry vermouth shots were especially vile, but the real face melter was the ancient pint of peach schnapps I found under the sink. Makes me gag just thinking about it.

I'd probably drink it anyway...

Maybe it's just me but only a few of those sound bad. Clearly this person has never had an Errant Colonel.

Pardon my ignorance Oggar, but what is an "Errant Colonel"?

Everytime this topic comes up my answer is always the same. The Errant Colonel it was somewhat accidentally invented by a friend of my some years back as he was playing with the liquor cabinet. It was like giving a monkey a gun as he was/is essentially a non-drinker. The drink is composed of a variety of ingredients which, are blessedly, no longer among us. To my knowledge only two were ever made, one the day of it's discovery and another to see if even I could drink it.

Here's the ingredients list
Holly Nog
Lemon Tattoo (cough syrup thick liquer -no longer available)
Surge (horrific Coke experiment that escaped the lab resembled anti-freeze mixed with battery acid -no longer available)
Bicardi Limon
Lime juice
-There maybe one I'm forgetting as it seemed there may have been more dairy involved milk or possibly Bailey's. And don't forget it's a 16oz glass.

It looks and drinks like a lemon meringue pie made of rotten milk and bile. It was so bad that someone was retching over a garbage can just watching me drink it. And there were parts of it you had to chew and parts of it that recongealed as they warmed in your mouth. Truly an abomination.

I know a guy who has three 20 oz.'s of Surge in his fridge still, let's just hope Cobra doesn't get any crazy ideas to send Destro in for "negotiation".
