My unsolicited commentary on this horseshit

● [Good bourbon] and coke - Agree, would extend to almost any bourbon

● A body shot - these don't really get ordered anyway, just offered

● Vodka Tonic - pretty innocuous, not my fave but could do worse

● Vodka Redbull - see above

● Screwdriver - good for breakfast or on an airplane

● Grasshopper/Girl Scout Cookie - my grandma makes the best ones, so I would never order one out

● Jagerbombs - pretty fratty, but when in Rome

● Hard cider - Agree on this one, but some people like it

● Black & tan - agree, if only for the unnecessary difficulty factor

● Tequila sunrise - deliciousness, so fuck off

● Malibu & ____ - need malibu in lots of tiki drinks, so fuck off

● "Whatever she's having" - what if she's having Old Granddad 100 with a Schlitz back, also known as HEAVEN?

● Hot Toddy - you have a bad cold, so you shouldnt be out at a bar anyhow, Typhoid Mary

● Frangelico - Not sure what this is, but I dont think anyone drinks it straight

● Disaronno - See above

● Ciroc - just because P Diddy markets it doesnt mean it isn't vodka. spend your money however you want

● ____tini - I also feel the "tini" suffix is overused

● Sex on the Beach - Bachelorette parties have to order something

● White Russian - better for home, but if you like em go for it

● Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri - but straight up is fine??

● Shots with more than one ingredient - even three wise men?

● Cosmo - tasty, despite the Sex and the City association

● Pinot Grigio - not my first choice, but will do on a hot day

● Long Island Iced Tea - awesome
• "Avoiding the darker alcohols like bourbon, red wine and dark rum might lessen [a hangover] and you might also dance better if you wear a tutu instead of trousers." - FKR

• "If you wanna 'talk about' my drinking, it better be about how fucking awesome it is." - Me

In the US there are a lot of Irish pubs that are really just bars run by someone who might have an Irish grandparent or something like that. One drink common in such establishments is the Irish carbomb. Once my brother and I went into an Irish pub in Germany, staffed by real Irish people. When my brother ordered an Irish carbomb he got a dirty look. It didn't help that this was about a week after the Omagh bombing.
The Black & Tan would be a troublemaker if A) anybody remembered any history and/or 2} most people call what is really an Half & Half, the B&T.

Also, even worse than that, to a lot of people, a Black & Tan is just a dark beer and a light/lite beer.

Ooooooh this is so evil that even I am impressed.
We're all going to get punished for this, I tell you.

Each time one of us drinks that kind of beer, a leprechaun dies, a buxom wench in Munich looses a size of bra and Thirsty wakes up in his sleep drenched in cold sweat.

There are worse things he could wake up drenched in.
