Beam Black is a good standard

WT101 kicks like a good bourbon should

and can't go wrong with Old Crow, if it was good enough for a president, it's good enough for us.

I had some Old Crow last night. It was very good. It went down smoother than a hooker with enhanced articulation bioware.

Nobody on the board has a remote chance of grasping that reference except for maybe steved. But whatever.

That Move-by-Wire system getting to you?

The only solution is to go full-out cyberzombie. I know some Renraku mages who defected. I'll get you the hookup. Cybertorso and everything. You'll be like Darth Vader, with titanium plating and a back-mounted minigun.

And -8 to all interrogation and intimidation tests.

I prefer Knob Creek almost over anything. (mostly because the price is somewhat reasonable and I just love the overall taste and aftertaste.) Plus, it is 100 proof.

Maker's Mark. Probably my second in choice. Maybe not as smooth to me as Knob Creek (yes, I'm wierd), but I absolutely LOVE the aftertaste of this booze). Also, it has a little less alcohol than the "Creek", resting at a reasonable 45%.

Old Heaven Hill: Nobody has mentioned it, at about 10 bucks a liter its damn tasty

Jim Beam Black: Excellent overall value great bourbon- simply cant go wrong here

Blantons: Silky smooth, spendy and just about perfect. I could talk about vanilla aromas and the like but its just something you need to have yourself to understand.

Old Crow: Had it for the first time just this week. not very polished but still pretty decent

Woodford Reserve: Its only about 25 bucks around here delicious for the price. Kind of a starter bourbon its really smooth.

Knob Creek: I really avoid this one. I know its popular but I just dont like it.

Pappy Van Winkles 20 Yr. Old: NOBODY has mentioned THIS!!!! Goes for nearly a hundred bucks a bottle. My girlfriend buys me one every yer for Valentines day. ( I know she kicks ass) Absolutely hands down the best liquor on the planet. It is just indescribable, Fanfuckintastic. Just try it

I will drink Ten High, but it is shit and so is Beam.

Black is slightly better than White, but all Beam sucks.

When I buy bourbon I buy the good stuff, I stopped drinking Beam as soon as I started drinking my bourbon uncut, the way it should be.

Makers, WT Rare Breed, and Elijah Craig are the best I have tried. I especially like Elijah Craig and Makers, although they are quite different from each other.

Evan Williams sux.
Ezra Brooks sux.
Bookers is ok, but hardcore.
Knob Creek isn't worth the price.
Woodford Reserve isn't worth the price.

Basically I agree with the Elijah Craig guy.
