Has anyone heard of this?

Strawberry Cream Liquor with a splash of Tequila.

sounds vile to me, who'd waste good Tequila with a strawberry cream liquor?

OOOHHHHHHHHHH! Yes! Every now and then I get a couple of US Navy guys to shop at the PX for us and collect a bottle or two for us. Very nice... if you like sweet drinks. It's more for Mr McG than me.

It's got an interesting flavor, that's for sure. Tequila generally makes me puke (I'm currently batting about .500), so the Tequila Rose isn't something I'd ever buy at the store or bar. If it's free, though . . .

What happened to the group who would see a new bottle in the liquor store and say... "Cynar, I haven't had that before, I'll try it"

And then you get home and you have a shot, and you either love it or hate it.

But at least you tried it, because it had booze in it.

oh BTW Cynar is the most vile thing I have EVER had, it's artichoke liquor.

But I still have had it.

Is it anything as nasty as Becherovka?? Hubby got a bottle of it, I couldn't drink a shot even when just sipping. I didn't try mixing, maybe that would work.

to the OP, my X X X girlfriend loved that stuff so much that she drank nearly a bottle the first (and last) time she had it and was sick the entire next day -- but not before gaffing up the bathroom at the party where we were.
