Yellowstone: Old Faithful
90 proof Bourbon. I wouldn't say that it's smooth, really, but that it's just the good side of harsh. It reminds me of my youth and driving to my grandfather's house. He lived between Churchill Downs and the distillerys. They had a giant freestanding bottle advertising Yellowstone Bourbon between tow billboards.
