It means "Wagner on the little wall" (don't ask me why, I'm 'murrican. Ask oett.) Never been inside but it looks nice with the stained glass and all. They also serve schnitzel...in Germany... can you believe it? I'm tempted to go sometime but there are zillions of bars like that here.
