It a sports bar/ resturant in STT but its close to my house and I have known all the staff for years.
The one thing about the Caribbean is that I cant find any hole in the wall joints like back in Texas but when in Rome!

You're going to the wrong islands then... There are plenty of hole-in-the-wall places if you get away from the major islands.
