Yeah, I remember this topic. I think it was posted about the time I joined. This is why dive bars will always rule. You won't get shit in plastic and some dive bars will let you smoke whether it's legal or not.
Shit, I smoked at my local dive bar the other day even though they have cameras and the owner can monitor it from his laptop at any time. The bartender was only mad for a second when she finally caught me, just told me to take it outside.
If they served shit in plastic (which they never would) I would bring my own glass in and they'd be fine with it.
