Hello Chaps,
Thought I would share a good drinking spot for those of you in the UK or plan to visit et cetera. Its a traditional British pub, the second oldest building in Wolverhampton after the church. A selection of fine black country ales which are always changing. Very welcoming and an exceptionally good atmosphere when the local football team (that's soccer for our cousins across the pond) are playing.

Very cool. I would sit at the bar. You know, this phrase "second oldest building in Wolverhampton" is quite scintillating, simply because folks must have been quite a bit shorter (and smaller all around) back then,
...and even Georgetown, USA is like that.
Probably had to do with malnutrition and cold harsh winters.
Anyway, I digress. If I was near there, I would explore that structure, top to cellar if I could. Finish up with a couple of pints and four or fives tales.

You have to duck! I'm pretty sure I have been suffering from long term concussion.mistah willies wrote:Very cool. I would sit at the bar. Would that be from the ceiling joists, or crawling under the tables after a good time?Herman wrote:You have to duck! I'm pretty sure I have been suffering from long term concussion.
