The wife banned me from drinking in the house in front of the kids, luckily I have a clean bottle collection in my dank windowless shed out back!

Been banned from smoking at home many times, but what can ya do. As dennis leary used to say in his stage show, "I love this guy [bud tall neck], but he's nothing without this guy! [cigarette]." That's only one of the reasons to swig at home. Add to that yr own music selection, comfortable seating, adjustable volume, and no need for transportation... the HOME setting is a winner. Still, it's nice to commingle with compatriots from time to time. Now that I'm free from work life for a while, definitely lookin to drink more, but less at home. But one thing never changes... there is NO PLACE like, you guessed it...

Just got drunk at home last night. The only rule imposed here is no smoking inside. That's no big deal though because I gave up smoking a while back. However when you break things at home you realize it's YOUR stuff. I just woke up to find half a gin n tonic in my keyboard.

I don't know if I agree, that's a half a drink down the drain(keyboard). Now my keyboard keeps slurring it's typing and telling me how much it "loves me man."

Damn lightweight

Drinking at home is the best when you live in rural areas. When I'm in urban areas I get antsy and need to travel out into the city streets to see the pretty girls and the drunk bums and etc. Too many distractions in the city. In my tree shrouded home on rural Cape Cod, I drink at home way, way more. I go out maybe once a week.
