I am really tired all the time (oh, and joyjoy) the hospital called and told me that I may have been exposed to Hep C from a transfusion I got back in March. Seriously?
Anyway, I can talk about baking. When I get a bit of energy going, I bake. Pineapple Upside-Down cake, Carrot Pineapple cake, Tollhouse cookies, Overnight Meringue cookies, Chocolate Brownies. Oink. I'm replacing a bit of the weight I lost from being sick--not much, I've had to buy new small clothes (oh god, if you need to go on a reducing diet, check into the hospital for a month or so.). That reminds me--I'm going to throw Grumpy on the scale and see how much he's gained. He ate most of the Pineapple-Upside Down cake; I hardly got any. We've got to cut back on the sugar, I guess.
Did someone say baking?
