It's one of those slingshot deals operated by three people, 2 as ballast and 1 as the launcher. We've had success in projecting water balloon superiority at ranges of up to 300-400 yards depending upon windage. As you might guess, this device has given our cadre considerable advantage in the ongoing neighborhood water balloon conflict. I expect the enemy to fall within short order. Today we send them to hell soaking wet!

I will have access to two of these at a hockey tournament in a few weeks. we camp across a ditch from the two pitches between us and the clubhouse. Don't know how we forgot them last year. I'm bringing bins and a water pump
