Jimmy Dean Delights
I am at a loss...I don't... on the one hand: I love a frittata. On the other: pre-made, packaged, (are they frozen?)...do you use a fork? I have never found that any frozen egg meal-substitue was that good.
You know a good frittata combination: chorizzo and spinach, also: andouie and zuchini.

That looks good, at least the picture. I'm interested. As long as the center isn't all mushy after zapping.
But I defer to my friend Randy Taylor on all things Jimmy Dean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4RNb3tt0LM

Throwing together some scrambled eggs and meat/veggies is about as simple as it gets. I've never had a good frozen egg-like food product.

Re: Jimmy Dean stuff
Jimmy Dean stuff rocks. Surprisingly the low carb stuff is pretty good. But I really loved those tiny sausage biscuits as a late night snack after partying and then the chicken biscuits appeared in the 90's and I was blown away.
