What Spook and Mama Goose said. We got 36" of snow dumped on us inside of two weeks and we're supposed to get more tonight. If the temperature gets above 20 and there's no wind we think it's rather reasonable weather. This SUCKS!!

I can't friggin' WAIT for another summer like we had last year - plenty of days above 100, plenty more in the upper 80's and 90's and many of 'em so humid ya felt like ya were in a pool just walkin' around outside - doesn't bother me in the slightest.

I should move to the sun.

Attention Moderators: Can we demand this very toasty dill weed's handle be changed to "Dickhead" until about July when he's marinating in his own filthy, unwashed (but hopefully alcohol infused) juices?

It was 108 today

Post by waahoohah »

It was a record high, and that wasn't even the shitty bit.
The shitty bit was that nobody noticed. We just did our thing, out in the broiling heat, just like we've done all summer long, seemingly since Valentine's day. 108 degrees and nobody really gave half a fuck.

And that is just wrong.

I can imagine what you mean- it's nice to have some shared "This is bullshit!" agreement. Here there was almost the opposite problem. I'd almost forget it was the highest temps in 100 years and someone would say "Sure is hot!" fuckers.
