80/20 burger with bacon and cheddar mixed with a slice of Swiss and a slice of white onion on a brioche bun. Campfire burgers trump all other burgers. I'll die on this hill.

That is this weekend's sammich debate. I say YAY but depends on the chix sammy. It appears that cheese doesn't come on most fast food chix sammies like McD's and BK, etc. Or am I wrong?

Wendy's is one of the few that comes to mind because they had a limited time sandwich called the Monterey Ranch and it was my favoritest cheap-ass chix sand ever. KFC also has cheese options. I like it on the Zinger.

And what about at places that aren't fast food that have more gourmet chix sands? Inquiring chix sand loving drunkards like myself want to know! Is cheese not a thing?!

This reminded me of the Malibu Chicken that Sizzler used to have. Fuck, Sizzler was terrible. But, fuck, that chicken was the best!

Now I'm going to have to figure out how to make it at home.

Spicy cheese like jalapeno or habanero are great on breaded chicken sammies. Grilled chicken depending on marinate can be good aged cheddar for roasted herb style while italian or balsamic dressings lend themselves toward a good asagio.
