Cotto is a traditional style from the Isle of Crete made from old horses, finely ground recycled mattresses and is aged for 40 days in a portable toilet.
Hard salami comes from the mean streets and don’t take shit from no one, but also has a sensitive side that pairs well with mustard and your favorite cheeses.
