I'm sorry Screwball, that sucks.
I'm drinking more than one in Dottie's honour.
The cabin sits shut-down, cold-frozen and empty, dead mice in the traps, waiting for me to drink alone there in the dark.

As was I but nothing the good ole bible thumpers do surprises me. The people who wanted to demonize him, saying he had no morals, were in a sense saying to every person suffering with a terrible/terminal ailment who wanted to die with dignity: "Too bad, you have to suck it up. And anyone who wants to help you die a quick, painless death is Satan in the flesh." RIP Dr.

Didn't do it in his own rape-van but clinging to life in a hospital.

Irony.

Right, but he didn't appear to any of his friends/family to be suffering very much. He died the quick, mostly painless death all of us hope for, so he didn't need to use his own services. Not every person is so lucky.

I think we should all be able to choose the hour of our own death. Guess that makes me a bad Catholic. I just can't submit.

Too true, that's why the man always carried a pistol with him. I say if a man wants to die, it's his right!
