!5.91 lb Brisket marked down from 6.99 a pound to 3.99 a pound. Saturday night into Sunday morning will be my first attempt at a brisket with a live fire instead of a gas smoker. Wish me luck. Pretty excited about this and I love brisket. it is the King of BBQ.
