Soon to be having an enchilada/burrito hybrid featuring:
grass fed beef, onion, tomato, cheese (Sargento's Mexican blend), cumin and other spices, sauteed, wrapped in tortillas and baked. They will be topped with sour cream and a salsa verde and guac mix.
Side will be a salad, with either a guacamole-based dressing or perhaps bleu cheese. And I may have a slice of cheesecake for dessert.
Right now, I'm having a Bourbon and enjoying smelling Junegoddess' cooking.
