Hmmm...
April Fermented Turkey soup. That would make a damn fine Bullshot, all on it's own.

Pike À La Homburg. Not bad at all. Felt experimental today.
Re: "What are you eating - Thread"
Freedom fries.
My fryer smells like I put a dead rat in there years ago.
I think it`s still alive and communicating with me through the toppings.

So, your profile picture is a rat that's been living in your fryer for 3 years?oettinger wrote:Freedom fries.

Sautéed reindeer with potatoes and some salad. Way to say goodbye to this fine weekend.

What part of the reindeer? I like the heart: very lean, and tender. truth.Bur wrote:Sautéed reindeer with potatoes and some salad. Way to say goodbye to this fine weekend.
Or did you have Rudolph's nose?
Re: "What are you eating - Thread"
This was from the back of Rudo. Sliced it to really thin pieces, tossed to the pan with butter added pepper and salt.
Proceeded to toss in little garlic, leek, red onion, champion mushrooms and couple of carrots after meat had taken some color.
Once the rest of the stuff had softened up somewhat I tossed in a can beer, left it on slight heat for 1,5 hours.
Smashed potatoes, some salad featuring pickles and lingonberries on the side.
Works every time I can be arsed to do this. (Which is like 2 times a year.) Also reindeer is usually pretty damn expensive compared to alternatives.
