Denver started 6 and 0, and still missed the playoffs, and this still makes me raff and raff and raff.Chimneyfish wrote:Here was our season summed up in a single animation

Re: 2009 NFL season
Anyone found any good props you wanna let your boy in on? I've only just started looking through the hundreds and hundreds of them.
My book has standard odds right now on the Colts being the first team to throw an interception. Avoiding interceptions is the one thing Peyton isn't above-average at, and he'll be on the field against the NFL's active career and season leader in interceptions. I like the odds that the Saints will score a defensive TD because nobody can pick-six like Sharper can. I'm also considering betting that Brees will be the first QB sacked. I think the odds on that one have been misvalued just because the Colts have such a horrible defensive front, but the Saint's D-line is nothing special either and everyone knows that Peyton just doesn't get sacked. And I've gotta put at least a little change on the wager that the game will go into overtime. Sure it's never happened before, but no true degenerate gambler can pass up +1200 odds.

you degenerate.
by the way, my book had a line of NO -10.5. I forget the odds, but they were huge. If only I could have foreseen a 14 point Saints win. meh. fuck the colts.

The NFC team has won the coin toss the last 13 years in a row. There's only a 0.000122070312% chance of that happening (literally).

Re: 2009 NFL season
Brees sure can't get any respect. The Colts are already the 7-1 favorites to win next year's Super Bowl. A lot of people before the Super Bowl thought that Peyton would be the better QB, and somehow after the Super Bowl a lot of people still think that Peyton had a better year than Brees. I don't get it.

Football Season is Over
No More Games. No More Bombs. No More Walking. No More Fun. No More Swimming. 67. That is 17 years past 50. 17 more than I needed or wanted. Boring. I am always bitchy. No Fun -- for anybody. 67. You are getting Greedy. Act your old age. Relax -- This won't hurt.

You really love you some HST. No offense, but I don't get him. Nothing against him, and I love his Nixon eulogy, but I don't get why he's so great.

Yeah, you really have to be a drinker to get HST. A teetotaler, such as yourself, wouldn't understand.JohnnyTequila wrote:BeerMakesMeSmart wrote:Football Season is Over
