2 shots blended scotch ( used johnny walker black)
1 shot stones ginger wine
1/2 shot ginger liquer ( used kings ginger)
1/2 shot ginger syrup
1/2 shot lemon juice
3 shots apple juice
5 thin slices of root ginger, mudddled in a shaker
shake with ice & strain into a collins type glass
(ginger syrup is just regular simple syrup with a 3inch piece of root ginger (peeled & sliced ) dropped into a saucepan & simmered for 1/2 hour then left to steep for 24 hrs & strained into a bottle. refrigerate)
