Damn, that`s horrible.
Pee on it
With the amount of alcohol I consumed last night and this morning, I'm afraid I would make the fire worse.
True.
Take a shovel, dig out some old bodies you burried in your backyard, tack a shit on them, take another drink and say to yourself you knew it was gonna end like this
Drunks aside, I hope you manage to get outta there without a burn.
Drunkard-golf-stories wouldn`t be the same without you.

Thanks. I'll be safe. My neighborhood will be safe. We're far enough away. The only thing that's unsafe around here is the air. But then again, I can probably forgo one or two cigarettes every day to even out the damage to my lungs.

I was gonna say exactly that after reading "Thanks, I`ll be safe." Papers, filters, rest is for free.
"Hey Dear Booze, point your cig slightly up north, a chemical factory just catched fire..."
Take that government, the war against fumes is even more futile
It's a perpetual Indian Summer here in SoCal this time of year. The only saving grace is shorter days and the sun is going down earlier to stop the heating effect. It still won't get down to 72deg. by dawn. This is swamp weather in SoCal? This weather is broken! When temps got this hot it was from winds blowing West out of the deserts making things very dry. Not so today. The ocean off the coast is unusually warm. Tomorrow hotter than fuck with high perspiration index for alcohol consumption. Probability of rain and desire for alcoholic drinks increasing thru Monday night. Continued general malaise and drunkenness thru Sunday.
Found myself in the Matrix and took the red pill. Now I want the blue pill and my bottle and leave me alone.
Drink through it braveheart! My local weather report. Freaking great! Around 15 degrees is my favorite. I still walk around in t-shirt and not sweat the hell out of myself. I can`t understand people that need a jacket at these temperatures. They probably also don`t enjoy fresh drinks!
