Come on, who hasn't taken a little nap near a bar, or as I like to call it, a recharge, for the second (or third, or fourth...) charge!

Someone needs to coach the less fortunate on the art of urban stealth camping. If you have a van, park it down by the river for easy access to fresh water and rolling doobies.
Seriously, I knew a guy who pitched his tent behind a "Welcome to Wisconsin" sign for the entire summer... had his own private beach on the St. Croix River and was less than ten minutes walking distance from a grocery store, liquor store and a laundromat. I looked forward to visiting him, often bringing steaks or brats to grill on the beach while we watched the boats meander by. Even had a couple parties down there and only ever saw the cops from afar doing water patrols and harassing drunk boaters not wearing their life jackets. Fourth of July weekend we got a keg; it was epic.

You should ask on of them if they might also take a picture of you laying on the curb.
Then again, how much is your phone worth?

Have you ever tried to pose with them or reposition them into a funnier position?

Or you could glue pennies to their clothes. That would be funny/cruel.

Was probably PCP shot directly into the perineum.
The needle was tossed after it was used to completely scrape the flesh off the user's face.

Don't worry. We're in no hurry.

Wait, is there some safety cap on it? No open needle, that`s a caring member of your neighborhood
